Feel more in control of your pain, your body and your life.

Living with ongoing pain can affect far more than your body. It can impact your sleep, energy, mood, confidence, relationships, work and everyday routines. Over time, it can feel as though pain is making the decisions for you.
My 6-week Pain Management Course is designed to help you understand your pain differently, build practical self-management skills and develop a calmer, more confident relationship with your body. The aim is not to promise a quick fix, but to help you feel more informed, supported and empowered as you take positive steps forward.
When pain becomes long term, many people find themselves caught in a cycle of doing too much on better days, then struggling through flare-ups afterwards. Learning how to pace activity, manage stress, improve sleep and respond to pain in a different way can help you feel more in control and support a better quality of life.
Across six supportive online sessions, you will be guided through practical tools and techniques to help you better understand your pain, reduce overwhelm and make manageable changes in daily life.

This course may be helpful if you are living with persistent or recurring pain and feel that it is affecting your confidence, mood, sleep, activity levels or enjoyment of life. It is especially suited to people who are ready to explore gentle, practical ways to support themselves alongside any medical care they may already be receiving.
I combine a holistic, person-centred approach with practical techniques that support the mind and body together. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we look at how pain affects the whole of your life — including your thoughts, emotions, sleep, movement, stress levels and self-belief.
You will be supported in a calm, compassionate and encouraging space, with guidance tailored to helping you move at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Each week focuses on a different area of pain management, combining practical techniques, emotional wellbeing and a better understanding of how the mind and body work together.
Each week also includes a short session of gentle seated tai chi, making movement accessible and supportive for people who are not used to exercising or who have limited mobility.

If pain has been limiting your life, this course can help you begin to feel more supported, more informed and more in control.
You do not have to navigate it alone. With the right tools, guidance and encouragement, you can start to build a calmer and more confident relationship with your body.
